I'd love to contend that painting 1/72 figures is more akin to painting 15mm metals rather than 28mm figures. This would give my average painting skills a boost. The trouble with this hypothesis is that there are various freaks (see Benno's forum: http://bennosfiguresforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=23415 ) who paint 1/72 figures with as much, if not more, skill than the best figure painters with the larger figures. Bastards!
