Peeler will just open up the hall as normal... next weekend.
I would have missed you all this weekend regardless of covid as I'm still in Norms place with my daughter, she's doing ok. We still have 10 weeks or more left to go but may be moving to Leeds hospital soon. Then to York for the last few weeks into July before finally going home.
It's hard seeing Norm running down corridors dressed in full nurses uniform, none of the others still wear the little white hat and black tights?
I really hope we get together in October! If not, next year will be all the more appreciated! My shiny army is almost good to go, just adding to it now. Putting in an order to Peter over the weekend.
You haven’t seen me in the lab yet - I’m very much of the ‘Rocky Horror’ school of thought: ‘White coats must be worn in the lab’ means ‘nothing but white coats’.
Anyway, I’m wearing a hell of a lot of latex recently so that’s a bonus.

Well this evening I shall have a drink and raise a glass to great friends who I hope to see again in the not too distant future.
Well I've actually been to the Hall this afternoon, just to make sure none of you turned up. I dropped one off for old times sake, and the building shook, a sheep collapsed in a nearby field and the Derwent briefly overflowed. Rather miffed to be honest. Let's hope October happens.
Am I right in thinking that October is meant to be 30mm 19thC shiny as well as 42mm 19thC shiny?
I am very uncalmly awaiting a food delivery that contains wine and gin. I will then consume said wine and gin and raise multiple toasts to you all. Ayton has been a staple of my calendar for.. Well... 10 years and the thought of not being there this year is a little sad... Especially as I got everything painted!
