LAW 2020 Painting Challenge
Re: LAW 2020 Painting Challenge
According to my Excel spreadsheet, this year I have painted 73 infantry, 18 cavalry, an elephant, a dog and a Limes Tower. Excluding the tower I reckon I should have 570 points. Including the tower it should be 3 456 935 points.

Re: LAW 2020 Painting Challenge
Totals updated. Apologies for the delay. I'd like to say it was because I've been busy with work, family, painting and supporting the local community in these trying times but basically I couldn't be arsed...
I've added:
5 28mm Mounted 50 points
42 28mm Foot 210 points
I know we had the 'Ayton' target date for these and a few bit have been added since but do people want to continue? Or shall we have a break and maybe kick off again if Ayton 2 looks like it might happen?

I suppose it depends if you can be arsed Andy
Seriously, if it’s a chore then let’s stop - or perhaps we can fill in our own totals? I’ve quite liked seeing what I achieve, but on the other hand I can’t be too arsed about a target-driven culture anymore. So, I think what I’m saying is yes.
And no.
Or maybe, no and yes?

I get lockdown, but I get up again.

For the first time ever, and in over three decades of wargaming, this is the first time I’m keeping a track of what I paint.

Re: LAW 2020 Painting Challenge
I like it and strangely, it does give me a spur to painting. I say carry on (if it's not too burdensome on the admin side).Count Belisarius wrote: ↑Thu May 14, 2020 10:21 am Totals updated. Ok. No probs. I'll keep the updates going and try and be more regular (need more fibre...).
I might cull a few of the people who aren't doing it to make the table more manageable.

Which reminds me: I forgot to produce the photos for the last lot (Polish 15th Infantry and 7th Uhlans):
