I think Andy is the Guardian of the Points, you might need to ask him. Try not to call him a Count.

How many points for a 28mm building?

I’m on 87 infantry, 26 cavalry, 2 elephants, 2 animals and a Limes Tower with palisade.

Is that all in addition or just your current total? Buildings you can pick what you want for points... Depends on size and effort. See what others have done...

35 28mm for me...

Nope, in total. That watchtower took as long to make as around 30 figures to paint I reckon.
