Good to see that you adhere to the "it's not a proper pike block unless it has at least three ranks" rule.

2) What exactly is the relevance of the extra-large, river-dwelling fish?
3) I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to serve salt and fresh water types together*.

(* Anyone fancy giving us an incandescently catatonic (ie normal everyday) Gordon Ramsey impersonation?)

Northern Peru offers us El trio de ceviches. Strips of Trout, Tilapea, and a river catfish plaited and pickled (for 7 minutes)in lemon juice. To die for, washed down with copious pisco sours.
