It's a bit of phoawr. Don't worry about the ceiling, there is a roof on top of it.

Oh yes, ta. That was driving me nuts.

I've only just joined the Newline Group. It's not very busy but there's some very interesting stuff on there.

Yeah, they're a good bunch. Elliott who runs it was one of my cadet instructors and he only started figure-painting about four years ago, when I gave him some spare Napoleonics. He's already a hell of a painter.

I'm still not quite sure what and when to post, but I visit regularly so I'll soon pick it up. I'm rather hoping the group will inspire me to improve my painting output.

I'm still not quite sure what and when to post, but I visit regularly so I'll soon pick it up. I'm rather hoping the group will inspire me to improve my painting output.
I don't do 20mm or Newline, but Elliott dragged me in to answer some Napoleonic uniform questions and they're a friendly bunch, so I stayed. The weekends are 'anything goes' ('Bit On The Side' as they call it), so I post stuff then.
