Very nice painting. The presentation layer for the blog is a bit weird when viewed on large factor devices though? I just get a picture and a title for each post with no further context.

That's a lovely blog.Purple wrote: ↑Sun Jul 12, 2020 11:47 am Oh I resurrected my wanky 18th century blog again.
Been blogjobbing for a couple of days. There is a backlog of about 8 years to catch up on.
Also, It’s not letting me reply to comments for some reason so don’t think I’m rude if you splash something across my goods and I ignore it.

Those are some amazing photos, really magnificent sense of place and period.
I get lockdown, but I get up again.

Braid shortage when the chasseurs were equipped? Positively plain presented alongside Polish peacocks.
Lovely stuff, you've been a busy boy, wish I was half as productive!

Yeah, I know! They went 'Late War' very early.Shahbahraz wrote: ↑Wed Jul 15, 2020 12:48 pm Braid shortage when the chasseurs were equipped? Positively plain presented alongside Polish peacocks.

Yes, I was very productive at the start of the year and did a stack of Russian cavalry immediately afterwards, but my mojo has died and I haven't painted anything for a month!

Tell them that you need more overtime in the signal box.
Re: Everyone's Blog Updates thread reminder
Nah, I'm refusing overtime and taking as much time off as I can at the moment, because 'maintaining social distancing' is frankly a bad joke when you're taking over from a dirty, unwashed bastard who you know hasn't even tried to clean the place before you arrive, let alone sterilised anything (he's not suddenly going to start now after 60 years of not washing anything) and then have to sit in the same chair and touch all the same stuff that he has for the last 12 hours.

I'm sure the other shift members don't think that badly of you.
