And for those who care, I went looking and the big Gallic Bodyguard figure is in the Warlord Games HC section, confusingly, as 'Roman Civilians' - https://store.warlordgames.com/products ... -civilians
I suspect I will order a set at some stage, but as my Newline pack just arrived and I have Carthaginians and Greek plastic on sprues, it can wait.

Thanks all, for the kind compliments.
A couple more additions - entourage of sorts, either APs or retinue members. WL for the ladies and casualty. Old WF for the boar hunter.

Thanks LT, the wicker is straight CP, the rest is kind of a mixed media thing with both CP and standard paint used. The horses are a good example. CP glazes to preshade and then standard paint to even out some irregularities.levied troop wrote: ↑Tue Aug 04, 2020 7:31 am That is magnificent, everything looks perfect, even the wicker work.
Are you still using contrast paints for this?

I've got more Mean Girlz where they came from!
Finished the last group of legionaries for this project. That and the lot of them below. Now on to finishing the archers and onto command and all the entourage/vignettes, like APs and such.

Re: HMS Priapus' Flying Bridge
Incidentally, i know LBMS does shield designs for Foundry figs, does anyone know if they will fit the Saleh designed EIR or the Perry ones only...? (I'm assuming the shields are not the same size?)

Re: HMS Priapus' Flying Bridge
Cheers gentlemen.
Shah - I've got no idea on the transfers, I have the Perry WF sculpts and just figured I'd use my excess WL shields if I needed them. But there's got to be something suitable out there, I would think.
To catch up my log here, now finished with the pesky archers - last group to finish up the basic elements of the force.
On to the engineers, who still need some means of wheeled conveyance for materials.
And the boars - second half of this matched pair of bases.
