What a lot of nice considerate gents I associate with. Mind you, that sambucca night was a near death experience for me. never again.

That's just a typical Saturday night in Ayton.

It could be a while before we see pubs re-open, after all self discipline is the first casualty during a good night on the thrash.
It pains me to say it because Tim Martin is an absolute twat but Wetherspoons could be the first ones to open if certain conditions are met:
Limited numbers
Separate entrance & exit wherever practical
No bar service, all orders to be placed via their app and paid for the same way
Orders delivered to an empty table for collection
Enough security staff to see that conditions are met
Any blatant flouting of these rules would result in an immediate suspension of the licence

I know when to go out
I know when to stay in
Get things done

Whoever invented those rules will no doubt permit brothels to open provided everyone keeps 2m apart.

We'll see
Re: Ayton 1st-3rd May 2020 - Cancelled.
So, assuming this current madness makes it possible to have an Ayton event next year, will we be replicating what we intended on doing this year? Smaller games on the Saturday and the big 18th century game on the Sunday (and other games for those not interested in the 18th C one)?

I think I'd thought that would be the case but I don't think we've explicitly said that yet. I'm still building dungeons!

Yup. Hence my question. If we decide to go in a different direction, now is the time to be planning and buying figures so you can start painting them in March next year!
