Libertad! is a supplement for the popular Blitzkrieg Commander IV wargames rules, focussing on the Spanish Civil War from 1936-1939.

Written by Mark Fry and Rob Anderson, Libertad! contains 23 new army lists for the various factions present in this conflict, plus 5 historical scenarios complete with maps by Henry Hyde, as well as new rules for Line Commanders, Street Barricades, Molotov Cocktails and more.

This supplement is initially available as a pdf through Wargame Vault here: https://www.wargamevault.com/product/326490/Libertad

Hard copies will be available shortly, more info to come on that soon.

No resistance = No war = No wargaming... be careful what you wish for! Unfortunately haven't played a BKC (or CWC, or FWC) game in 5 years. So it seems typically 'wargamerish' to buy when I don't have the opponents or figures.

the solution is therefore to buy figures for both sides and the rules ? They are Pendraken figures after all so its oodles of loveliness

Yeah, because I need encouraging to do a new period in a new scale needing new terrain, with a set of rules no one uses locally. Just stop.

I really shouldn't be thinking of replacing my masses of 20mm with 10mm so i don't have to give up playing Rapid Fire. Incidentally 10mm gives an excellent RF game without the need for huge space. Hmm, early war?
