Yes but is it not a 37mmv Pz III, a short 50mm, long 50mm or short 75mm?
I think that the tractor's plough is an early Mk IV Ausf H, you can tell from the welded rivet holes.

Looks like a VBL Canon to me, that looks a bit more substantial than a 12.7mm..
