Kein Plan überlebt den ersten Kontakt mit den Würfeln. (No plan survives the first contact with the dice.)

Is buying them back from him afterwards an issue?

It's complicated. Very complicated. In fact, I'm not entirely sure I understand the arrangement.BaronVonWreckedoften wrote: ↑Wed Sep 30, 2020 5:27 pm Is buying them back from him afterwards an issue?

He'd probably accept the shed as security.
I know when to go out
I know when to stay in
Get things done

Re: What are people buying?
It’s the upside down put option where the strike price is a function of the number of shades of blue and the 90 day volatility in the frozen lettuce futures index that confuses EB.
Either that or the concept of buying what you want/need, painting it and then keeping it to play wargames with yourself.
(By the way, the shed would never be accepted as security, structures must have permanent foundations. The freezer on the other hand....)

The tax authorities (and ECJ for that matter) can think what they like, I’d just never get it past Group Risk Management. If there’s a risk that something won’t be there when Jeff and the lads from Collections show up, we ain’t taking it as security.

I couldn't possibly discuss. Schrems II 2020.
