Thanks Gents, they are all friends of Kenneth, and it's been a long time painting. I'm still not convinced that I shouldn't go back and highlight some more, but I'm going to leave them now. (Though after I took the shot, I went back and fixed up some shield rims.)

Having rescued my Russkis from the dreaded fogging varnish spray, I'm pleased to say that they came out ok (apart from some rather slapdash basing 'mud' application... (the 'Little Russia' Grenadier Regiment, if anyone's interested. 15mm AB Figures with GMB Flags). And my mojo seems to finally be back in working order - 24 Russian gunners plus 6x 12pdrs are already half-complete:
