Robin at Nottingham 2018

Post by levied troop »

Only it's second run out and doesn't seem widely publicised but this is happening on Sunday at Nottingham (so I can make up for all my missed purchases at York - oh joy). Good list of traders, hopefully the heating's working this time:

I get lockdown, but I get up again.

Bit odd having a wargames show in Nottingham.

Is there much of an audience for that sort of thing in that part of the country?

Nah, Simon and I were the only people there last year, apart from a couple of Sunday market traders trying to flog worn out Dinky cars as ‘collectors items’.

I shall be there, on the Rapier Stand as normal.

It was a good day last year, and they have promised heating, and smaller food queues!

You're sure you weren't at the Salvation Army hostel last year?

I shall consider this! This could be an excellent piece of life engineering...
The girlfriend wants to go to ikea and see her sister... I could drop her off and go tap up the warlord store for CoC bits...

I'll probably pop in for an hour or two if only to get one of these!
