The ginger guy must be a superhero - he's got a cracking utility belt!

Re: HMS Priapus' Flying Bridge
Gratitude, gentlemen. Here's my initial attempt at a Gallic foot base, still a little tweaking to do, but ready to fight.
Re: HMS Priapus' Flying Bridge
Nicely worked base of figures!
There is no point in being stupid if you don't show it!

Cheers P, cheers VB.
If only they were Victrix... but, with the exception of the lunging guy in the Gallic wife beater t-shirt, they are the old Warlord plastics. If I were to do it all from scratch, they would all be Victrix but I had a load of WL from an abandoned project to build forces for Hail Caesar.

Very nice work with challenging figures. I really like the fleshtones you get. I'm still working on developing a decent technique. Still not happy after years of variations.

Thanks much. Now back to better sculpts... I'll be focused on these guys for the next week or so, probably paint one a day to finish the group of 10. So, expect a drip feed of Victrix awesomeness - best plastics I've purchased yet.
