RENOVATOR'S DREAM

La Haye Sainte: (sacred hedge) is a walled farmhouse compound at the foot of an escarpment on the Charleroi-Brussels road. It has changed very little since 18 June 1815 and offers an astute buyer the opportunity to modernise this little country get-away.

Are there not the same issues Royal Mail now has about posting more than three bottles (I think) in a package?
There don't seem to be. I've ordered multiple tins of enamel paint from elsewhere in Oz without trouble.

I think you can post as much enamel paint as you like in Aus, as long as you don't print Allaha Akhbar! on the package. Best not to do searches on backpacks and pressure cookers.

Quiet rural idyll, close to pubs, short drive to the centre of Brussels. No unrest for over 200 years.

You forgot "handy nearby sandpit for children to play in".

There's also a bench opposite to sit on if you fancy it. Near the sand pit. So you don't have to walk far for a sit down.
