Plan - What plan?
No wargames plan ever survives the first contact with a new range of wargames figures

Oh look shiny

I like to keep my plan simple.

1. More classic Napoleonics
2. 10mm ACW for Altar of Freedom
3. 15mm SYW for Volley and Bayonet
4. Rebasing 28mm ACW and SYW
5. Retire so that in 2022 I have more time to finish all the projects I did not finish in 2021. Which will probably be all of them.

2 and 3 are small projects for quick dining table games that can be done and dusted in under 2 hours.

As I have a theory that without a plan there's nothing to ignore...here I go...

10mm Foreign Legion/North Africa Imagi stuff (I have tons of scenery but have been stalled by the awful FFL figures I have)
28mm Post War Africa (Kumbayah/Rhodeleland etc...)
28mm SYW New Army (Most cavalry already done 6 units of foot and artillery to go)
28mm Mercian Army (Undecided as to whether to make it WAB or round based for things like Dux or LR
28mm Dwarves (I blame GM for this)
28mm oriental myth skirmish (I blame Buff for this)
3mm Napoleonics
15mm Fantasy (Valhalla)
Scenic Terrain boards for the last two!
Finish off the Victorian Horror/Steampunk setup
18mm Napoleonic Skirmish (maybe, I need to find a use for the couple of packs of AB Brits I have)
15mm Scifi (Because one day those of us with this will get together for a mahoosive game)
28mm Trojans (Maybe a side game for an Ayton in the future)
(Obviously need to learn if Kanbans are of any use at all and how to do them)

Empty the Garage of endless holding to find lots of stuff I can sell before Ebay dumps PayPal

I've got the littlewars 10mm FFL stuff and some other bits and bobs. I was thinking a background with both historical and fantasy elements and biggish battles.......think the battle scenes from 'The Mummy' :D
