By happy coincidence, I received 3 of those modern text messages upon my wireless phone today, from my boys & that sister in law person, asking what they should get me for Christmas. After scanning the Spencer Smith 18thC page, I responded to each with a list of suggestions & Peter's phone number. Hurrah.

There's no point, as every day is like yesterday which was like the day before which was like the day before which was like the day before which was like the day before which was like yesterday because nothing much really changes. Not round here abouts anyways.
And yet you still get the wrong day.

He never misses a solstice though.
Admittedly they do the odd practice run as well.
I know when to go out
I know when to stay in
Get things done

To be fair, after you retire, one day of milky tea and Countdown is much like the next.
