Stuck in another order for Eureka SYW French and Prussians. :)

On a sadder note, a chap from the club is suffering from dementia brought on by Parkinson's, so has decided to sell his book collection. So I went down to his place today, had a good chat and came away with three carrier-bags full; some really useful books, some Ospreys to replace ones I'd foolishly loaned and some books purely for the nostalgia value (Peter Gilder's 'Leipzig 1813' book for Osprey, Henri Lachouque's 'Waterloo' & Funcken's 'Lace Wars' vols 1 & 2 being the stars of the show) and a small Avalon Hill Waterloo boardgame I'd not seen before. If anyone's in West Wales and wants to have a browse, drop me a PM and I'll put you in touch.

That's a real shame to hear. Glad those books have gone to a good home, as it's one of my fears; that when I drop off the twig it would be a shame to see all the collections just be dumped.

I've been purchasing bits and pieces, Early Saxons from Warlord Games formerly the Saxon Games range, plus transfers from LBMS (yet to arrive), to finish my Sub-Roman British.

I recently picked up these classic Napoleonics courtesy of EBs Emporium.

I will now be mostly doing Prussians next year.

And I'm sure they'll look very special when you've done with them.

Nice! You just can't beat a large, yet neatly-trimmed busch.

Wow, I hope those prices on the Fenris site are for packs of 4?

Just a single magnificent figure.
But imported from the USA by Fenris. Huh! Who knew that import duties might be important?

The poor chap can't seem to catch a break - now diagnosed with a degenerative condition in his spine. Hope something can be done about it, just for his peace of mind.
