Kein Plan überlebt den ersten Kontakt mit den Würfeln. (No plan survives the first contact with the dice.) Baron Mannshed von Wreckedoften, First Sea Lord of the Bavarian Admiralty.

Essentially Lardy rules, CoC activation mechanism, Dux Brit troop types and then a mixture of SP2 and II, plus a healthy dose of made up shit and new stuff. They were fun, magic worked ok and I thought it looked decent. Might never come to anything, but at least it gets my toys on the table.
Points for goblins will be out by Easter. Promise.
