The Virtial LAW sub forum for the event is now up but read only until the 5th. Just so you can see what LT has planned. I'm just impressed I haven't knacked the forum in the process!
The intention is to use this forum for any other events as well. And just have the organisers of said events creating the threads....

This is of course publicly viewable so you might not want to do that.
Sending the link privately might be a better approach. Or at least putting it in the non-public part of the forum.
I get lockdown, but I get up again.

I could hide the main Vappa thread in the new forum? So not visible to guests? and use that for posting links?

Scrub that. Not that straightforward! Maybe create a thread in the Ayton Arms for such things and I'll stick up the top!

Yes I thought thats what I'd do. Since it's technically a pub meet. As I say I run runners pubs for my mates and they work well. After a while you forget youre not in the same room. We had our work xmas do on zoom and it was a hoot with all the usual embarrassments you'd expect.Count Belisarius wrote: ↑Tue Jan 19, 2021 3:00 pm Scrub that. Not that straightforward! All you need to do is get your own beers/pink gins in and make yourself comfortable with your phone in place and camera on. I might suggest sitting at your respective work stations so you can show your bits n' bobs.
Unlike the real Ayton pub I cant guarentee that some ropey old scrubber will come and smear her breasts over the window youre sat behind but you never know? There can however be as many mini cheddars as you like.
