They are the basis for the boneyonics rules we are usinng for our campaign, great rules, great mechanics.

There are also the Polemos rules for ACW. Review is here:

They also use a 60 x 30mm base. (and have two play scales, so a base can be a regiment or a brigade IIRC).

Do they match pendragon or a n other maker?

Otherwise before investing, remember it is a warlord game of the month offering, so no follow ups after a couple of months as they go to the next hot thing.

I have seen a photo of a comparison with Kallistra 12mm acw which will mix well. Pendraken and other 10mm ranges will be much smaller.

I was sorely tempted till I reminded myself I would need a whole lot of USA terrain in a scale I didn't otherwise game..

Never been into ACW once my Airfix days were past. And too small for my eyes now, anyway.
