The 80s version is actually a 70’s version. One of the oldest RPGs. More an abstracted 17thC social climbing system with some fencing rules bolted on. It became pretty popular as a PBM game for many years. I’ve got it in the storage somewhere. And as Jeremy says nowt to do with the Osprey game.

I think you were talking using it for Three Musketeers?

I too am afflicted by RAC (Rules Acquisition Compulsion). :(
Ah yes, well that's entirely possible.....likely in fact........but I didn't have a clue what I was talking about.

Nah, too easy.

I’m completely cured of RAC, I have been focussing on a limited number of rule sets I like - as the Virtual Vappa B&B may show. This of course has nothing to do with diminishing memory and mental faculties as old age creeps up increasingly faster upon my er what did I come in here for, who are you people, I can remember colour TV coming in you know, it’ll never last...........
I get lockdown, but I get up again.
