Very nice. Could I impose upon you & ask that you - in the fullness of time, as & when, no rush, whenever, but sometime this week - post up a thread of similar photos of all your SSM Gateway chaps? I'm assuming that you'll have most already & I'd really like to see them. Please.

Gary - you're a git.
But that is very funny, so I forgive you this time.

I don't think Marsch is meant to be a reference to where they're buried, Iain......

Re: The Month of 'Marsch!'
These Prussians crossed the line too late to be official entries for 'Marsch!', but I'll stick them here anyway...
The 'Alt-Braunschweig' Musketeers (IR 5):
The 'Munchow' Fusliers (IR 36):
The 'Sers' Fusiliers (IR 49 - ex-Pioneer Regiment). This unit included the 1,000th figure painted since the resumption of my SYW project last Autumn:
The figures are all Eureka 15mm. The flags are by Fighting 15s for IRs 5 & 49, but by me for IR 36, as Fighting 15s only do the post-SYW lilac version, not the SYW grey version.

Re: The Month of 'Marsch!'
excellent - you must have farsands of them by now
Re: The Month of 'Marsch!'
Ta! Yeah, it's getting there. That brings my Prussian total to 40x battalions of Musketeers/Fusiliers/Guards, plus 2x Garrison, 10x Grenadier and 1x Freikorps battalions. 18 of these were added during my 'Renaissance' since last October. According to the spreadsheet, my SYW collection now stands at 2,485 foot, 1,042 horse and 35 guns.

Gor blimey! Is this some sort of instant wargaming army technology? Add a vteaspoon to boiling water and the units just magically appear?
