Up the Nile: Mounted Infantry, Second El Teb Added- 29/04/2021
New pics of older conversions of the Mounted Infantry, part of the Cavalry Brigade under Brigadier General H Stuart at the Second Battle of El Teb.

The conversion work was quite straight forward. File between the legs of the Mounted Camel Corp models (poor chaps!), which actually proved to be quite a job and extend the puttees further behind the legs as the original models were sculpted to fit upon camels.

Well, the bit where finishing seventh from bottom in the Sandhurst entrance exam meant he was only fit for the cavalry certainly made me laugh!
