The local Smith's is so poorly staffed that it's possible to do your own BOGOF deals. When half the retail park was locked down they only had one person in. She would usually be restocking shelves somewhere. I'd go in for the paper, try to get the machine to read the coupon and give up waiting, give up and toss the coupon on the counter. I hate to think what their shrinkage rate has been
