Mine will be a little wider than standard, since my stuff is on 120mm Impetus bases. I plan to have a 240mm frontage for all my units, although they'll only have 16-18 figures in them because they're all medium or light infantry.
Chariot units will be 180mm wide with 3 chariots.

I reckon as long as we're aware of the basing width differences we can make sure it's in a punch-up 
I was gonna paint up an additional 20 men to make a large single unit as a 1st Century/Cohort...whatever, but don't reckon I'll have time
