Everyone who's going, have a great day. I'm just finishing off a big system upgrade at work (day 3) and annoyingly will probably be done today just too late to make it worth the drive down...

Have a nice day everyone, I fancied going but I did not fancy a five hour drive up and the same back.
Please post some photo's.

Good day had. Just like the good old days.

Some really great games and very interesting and inspirational stuff. Not just a load of showpiece games but proper wargames that your average wargaming wargamer can acheive. Surprised to see so many big scale games, Little Wars, 1/35 WWII and the jaw dropping 54mm Macedonian/Persian game of To The Strongest. My pics don't do them justice really.

A small haul for me, struggled to buy the paint I had on my list so will order that in the post. But a handful of 15mm ECW and a couple of books topped off a good day.

Excellent photos, Tim. Thanks.

My next trip to the UK (2023) will be timed to coincide with one of the shows, if possible. One where the missus can also let loose looking at shops, etc, would be perfect.
If "The System" is the answer, who asked such a bloody stupid question?

It was a good show, with some excellent games (as you'd expect at a Partizan) and a strong turnout.
Caught up with Peeler and LT, and met Wingco too. Best bargain was a big pack of ABC brushes.

They've helpfully published the booked show dates for the next 3 years:

Partizan 22nd May 2022
Other Partizan 9th October 2022

Partizan 21st May 2023
Other Partizan 8th October 2023

Partizan 19th May 2024
Other Partizan 13th October 2024

Corkingly good day out, felt almost normal again. A small purchase from Empress Miniatures, 6 cavalry & 8 foot, from the Ecw range, for use as witchfinder general types, due to the slopey hats & wide collars, a mere forty bleeding pounds. Nowt's cheap these days.
Good to travel along with Alex & TimW, and met up with several there too, Dave, Luddite, Phil, amongst others, and Henry Hyde, looking a rather healthy & slimmer version of his former self.
Lots of good looking & fun games on, and the pasties were well proper.
