I've noticed that the range GW supply to retailers is smaller than their in store.
...and that surprises you?
It might be more a supply and demand issue, GW are always going to want to keep a full inventory themselves so will sell the 3rd party sellers short if they have to?

A small order of Irregular Miniatures 42mm lancers
In my very humble opinion the best 42mm Cavalry figure available, everyone should have a unit!

Without thinking a big grab bag of 15mm Napoleonics, could have been a mistake in the heat of the moment. Bargain though!
I keep wondering if the small pile of, not very mainstream, 15/18mm Napoleonics I have would make a skirmish game, maybe an alternate history or Imagi-Nap game?

I seem to have accidentally bought a load of Napoleonic plastics.. oops. I can see 1809 happening for Sharp Practice.
1809 Austrians v Bavarians already in my painting queue.
(Likely to remain there for a while, but it's the thought that counts.)

yes, or base it in south america or mexico.
Well I do have some AB Miniatures British Marines and an insane amount of 18mm Ottomans (ie. my Muster Miniatures Stock)....so I could do something in N.Africa or Eastern Mediterranean if I teleport the British there
