A most pleasant day celebrating Peelers birthday at Vappa. A medium haul for me in the end. Foundry Romans and some scenery mostly. Great to see people!

It was indeed an excellent day. And good to see the chaps.

My haul:

Also acquired a rather large amount of 6mm SYW...a large amount of which were previously mine...and which now form the part of a rather undefined future project...

I Managed to almost fill my most capacious bag!
No Photos but I acquired:
Figures and scenery elements from Crooked Dice for Stargrave.
A single Wild West building and some plastic gunfighters from Great Escape Games for sci fi-ification a la Firefly TV series.
About 60 figures from Galloping Major for FIW
A single pack of Blue Moon 18mm Royal Marines
Spanish starter pack for Silver Bayonet
Victrix Plastic Vikings

and picked up for Basement Mark
Dead Mans Hand Starter with Rules and Figures
3 Wild West Buildings

Like the Count there was also some acquisition on the side, this time some 10mm Sudan and other Colonials, a significant portion of which are painted and based just right to slot into my semi-historical/Fantasy Egypt games.

Peeler was rather keen on your bag, wasn't he. It was quite sordid......all that thigh rubbing and dribbling.

If i'd realised it was his birthday i'd have brought the second one from the car and made a present of it to him!

Just as well you didn't. The Lord only knows what effect his excitement would have had.
