Panic over, he got in touch to say everything is ready to go. Just in the nick of time, I was about to go down with lead deficiency syndrome.

Well, apart from the Saga Normans that I found in a box of assorted crap to be repainted, the 15mm GZG stuff which remains in undercoat and the Langton ships I bought for Warhammer Trafalgar and was too scared to attempt.

No, they still bring me out in a cold sweat. I need a bottle of rum and a change of trousers before I look at rigging diagrams again.

Rod makes brass etched ratlines which make a big difference to the look of the model with a lot less effort.
