SYW action from GHQ
SYW action from GHQ
On the off chance that someone might actually be interested, a shot from one of the two SYW games played here in GHQ this week.
There is no point in being stupid if you don't show it!

All looks rather splendid, masses of Redcoats and a French defeat, what's not to like. Seriously though, lovely looking game as always.
Rules? You ask me what rules do I use. No, I don't do rules.

The gypsy wasn't a French agent, was she? Perhaps it was her interfering with your dice? Lovely figures and fun to read, mate.
If "The System" is the answer, who asked such a bloody stupid question?

Excellent stuff! It's inspired me to crack on with painting my British and Hanoverian cavalry.

You jest. Apart from the sheer pleasure at looking at such a lovely game, LAWS is practically SYW-central.
Most of us indulge in the period & your game certainly inspires interest.

NB I agree that little "flourishes" such as the zingara are just icing on an already impressive cake.

Am I the only one who saw 'GHQ' and thought "Jesus, those are good 6mm!"?
