A 'Witcher' style monster hunting game would get my juices flowing.
Select monster - recruit team - select loadout - search map with 'blinds', false alarms, lesser encounters, likely locations. And when you encounter your primary prey: roll to see if the reports were accurate. ("Nobody told us it could fly!")

If this comes to pass, I solemnly promise - on my honour as a gentleman - not to mention how godawful I thought the TV show was, during the game. Including setting up and clearing away.

What you described is not a million miles away from the Venice game I had planned for last years Ayton so it's not impossible if we get an Ayton with a free spot sometime in the next five years :D

It had it's good and bad moments. Some of it made me cringe, but the second series was better, so i'll let that go. :D :D

Definite interest here too. In the game, not the tv show.

I believe the KS has been cancelled? I’ve stopped following the FB page, but that’s what I’ve heard
