DB AWI Playtest
Alex and Peeler popped round last night for a jolly evening testing Alex's mods to DBN for AWI. Lots of good feel to it it wasn't just napoleonics with different uniforms. Peeler was even gracious in the abject humiliation of his defeat.

Looks fantastic. I can imagine there's a fair bit of scaling down to suit the far smaller army sizes. Did you make much use of various irregular types? Injuns and such?

Looks super! Did he christen your new games area with a drive by?

That looks excellent, glad to hear it played out well too.

Re: DB AWI Playtest
It was good fun, played like AWI proper, so rather different to DBN.
Simon has a smashing games room. I lost because he snaffled the British side early on. So I dropped one off as I left, into one of his figure cupboards. Then I closed the door, so he'll get the benefit next time he opens it.

Fortunately, all the figures in the cupboard were already wearing khaki.

Re: DB AWI Playtest
Out of interest I wonder if DB AWI would work for the SYW with a few tweaks?
