Check out TAG, they have quite an extensive range of spare weapons

Thanks, 5 for £4.50. I might add some Vietnam era ANZAC as OPFOR for future engagements

The Saladin & Ferrets arrived today and they are a thing of nostalgic loveliness. When I'd been looking at the Saladin I noticed a lump on the end of the barrel and thought I'd have to file it off. Now that I have actually got it I realise that the barrel itself is actually missing. What I could see was the (fully functioning) mechanism for firing matchsticks out out the barrel. Off to Chester Models this week to source some tubing for a new barrel.

Looks like i'll need to source a Saladin to be part of the 'cool kids' club

I'm not sure it'll make it this year and I don't want to start an arms race. I will spend some of my MAGA bonus with TAG for some Brownings though.

Buff, I had the same issue with the Saladins I did recently. I cut two pieces of the clear plastic tubular brush covers to size and they have worked pretty well, and saved some dosh into the bargain. The original black plastic muzzle brake that came with the original model was far too big and just looked so wrong. But I think it was designed to help the toy cannon fire. Hope that helps.Buff Orpington wrote: ↑Tue Mar 13, 2018 6:07 pm The Saladin & Ferrets arrived today and they are a thing of nostalgic loveliness. Rules? You ask me what rules do I use. No, I don't do rules.

Sounds like you will all have lots of fun firing matchsticks at each other during the game.

With that and the friction powered Humvees it could get seriously Old School.

Got myself a Corgi Saladin (supposedly 1:57 and looks about right), the trouble is it came bundled with a Centurion Tank
Obviously happy to use or not use as appropriate, but I will swap one of the Ferrets for the Saladin.
