Can you still get "Magic Wash" in the UK? I thought that J&J had stopped making it.

Good swab round both the lid rim and the pot rim with a turpsy tissue, every time.

Always take water before hand & gently use a wet wipe.

Re: How do you avoid a crusty rim?
Following on from my suggestion regarding Army Painter washes, Vallejo "Smoke" 70939 is a very effective quick shade, with the advantage that it can be used neat for a good solid dark tone, or thinned with water for a lighter shade. It is closer to tinned "dip" than the Army Painter bottles and is a dark brown as opposed to black, which for my money makes it more user friendly.
Rules? You ask me what rules do I use. No, I don't do rules.

Don't know about that but I use Pledge 750ml multi-surface wax (formally known as Klear). It's in a white plastic bottle with a blue screw on cap.BaronVonWreckedoften wrote: ↑Mon Mar 12, 2018 10:07 pm Can you still get "Magic Wash" in the UK? I thought that J&J had stopped making it.

I’ve still got a couple of bottles of Klear but good to know that the formula hasn’t disappeared completely.
I get lockdown, but I get up again.
