I think so aren't they an off shoot of Wargames Foundry?

Yep, I just ordered some stuff last night but did not receive a confirmatory email. Entirely possible in my excitement I mistyped it. I've sent them another email.

They've got some interesting C18th Civilians... Anyone know how they scale?

IIRC they are a bit random as it tends to be where practice/trial sculpts from Foundry people find a place.
The ones I have seen in the flesh were quite big and chunky (not the civilians)

I have their Zulus and am very happy with them. Probably similar to Foundry?

My SYW French are all Casting Room Miniatures, matching the Foundry labelled British I have exactly, both being sculpted by Rob Baker. I also have many Renaissance figures from them and some Zulus too. They are simply Foundry figures not sculpted by the Perry twins (or by Copplestone, Salah and co.) This means the style of the figures is somewhat different but they are fine if you're not addicted to Perrystyle sculpting. Think more Pulp Figures in style.
There is no point in being stupid if you don't show it!

Not too bad, provided you stay well clear of the 1806 Prussian range (horrible!).
