The Rani of Pendawar
The Rani of Pendawar
An additional Command base added to my Tales from Pendawar project features the fictional Rani of Pendawar {WI's Lakshmi Bai from the Giants in Miniature range} and her bodyguards, from Empress Miniatures' Indian Mutiny range. There's more waffle on the blog if you care to pop over now.

Re: The Rani of Pendawar
i do like that, and I am in the midst of painting up Indian Mutiny figures right now. What was the basis for the flag?
Re: The Rani of Pendawar
I found the 'Tiger' on the net and liked it's style, so was born Typoo Bycca the Tiger of Pendawar in my Imagination setting 1801-1806. Chum George Anderson created a variety of flags for the army using this symbol. All a bit of harmless fun really

Thanks, I might modify and borrow that. I'm on a bit of a Indian Mutiny kick at the moment with some Foundry stuff arriving today..
Re: The Rani of Pendawar
That's great, I'm trying not to look too closely as I don't want to catch an IM bug!
