I did mention it before in the Gallery thread, but we decided to do something special on the Jubilee Weekend. Normal people would have gone outside, enjoyed a barbecue and a few beers with family and friends... Being wargamers, we decided to eschew sunlight, shut ourselves indoors and refight the Battle of Leuthen.
I've posted a few pictures before, but here's the full AAR.
Excellent AAR, Mark. 10 turns in six hours is good going for such a big battle. Zweibrücken seems to have the edge on Carolath- in the two times they met in my games Zweibrücken has got the better of their KR9 foes. I'm thinking of getting ZB another standard bearer- carrying a KR9 Regimentsstandarte.
If "The System" is the answer, who asked such a bloody stupid question?

Cheers Dal! Yes, I love it when two units generate a wargames-animosity.
Zweibrucken did the business for a while, but it could have gone very differently if Lorraine had only sent Buccow's cavalry to back up Nadasdy...
When the ADC arrived and showed me the order, I had a proper "WTF?!" moment...
Was it in Hungarian? 'Cos that always makes me curse.
