I had a bash at some horsehair trees for some hedgerow. They were intended for 15mm games but are just as good for larger figures.

Bottle brush and horsehair shown together. This is only a fraction of what I made - the whole lot couldn't have cost more than thirty quid, start to finish.

Other than the fact that the bases have rounded corners, they look dead ringers for the products of Snapdragon Studios and The Last Valley, which I'm told command very high prices. That's how good your work is, Mr Burt.

It is really hard to find rubberised horses. Even asking about them results in a discussion with the boys in blue.
