I emailed the owner to make sure I could get officer-ensign-trumpeter-9 troopers. No problem. I then emailed about P&P & got back this extraordinary abusive email in which he ended with he wasn't sure he wanted to deal with me.

I made it easy on him & told him I didn't want to deal with him.

I'm still not sure how I offended him - was his day job the German Post Master General?

At any rate, a unit of French hussars is now out of the question.

Good grief!

These collectors of wargames figures are a weird bunch...

But only one at a time. The English one has to run out soon, surely.....?

Very strange way to run a business, ever since brexit the worlds gone mad.
Sadly I no longer sell my wargame items outside of the UK as I cannot workout the import charges but I can work out postage charges in less than a minute.
I have had emails for chaps aboard asking me to sell to them, I send a polite email asking them to find out their country's import charges so that I can post it on the fleabay sale. To date non have got back to me.
So being rude to a new costumer don't make business sense :fp: .
