Best 15mm flags

Post by tim.w »

I've used Essex so far and they seem a bit pricey at £1.50 a sheet thats clearly just run off a home printer. Any other recommends? I've had a quick google and not found much.

Are these for your DBN 15mm Napoleonics? I am a cheapstake so use free ones from the internet. Warflag (Napflags) aren't bad.

Here are the Prussians ones.

Tim, have you thought of printing your own? With an average inkjet printer, white paper, a can of spray varnish and the right files you can match most of the commercial flags. If you have Prussian Napoleonics (pre-1807 or post 1807?) then let me know what regiments you have and I can give you the flag files.
If "The System" is the answer, who asked such a bloody stupid question?

Flag Dude now has an agent in the UK. Order from Rick and he sends over the flags in batches to the agent and you pay him. Not the quickest way to get flags but I like them.

Not sure what he's like for the periods you want, but Pete's Flags has always done me proud (including printing some obscure Henry VIII stuff I wanted).

Thanks all. No compewter or printer here. Not had a PC in 7 years.

I found some very cheap ones, 50p a sheet but looked a bit naff.

Tim,

PM me what you're after, with dimensions, and I'll try to help.
