(Spanner even came to Wales and everything. I had to run as far as France to avoid him)

(I did pay my regards to Spanner's two uncles while I was there though, to be fair...)

Spanner wrote: Mon Dec 27, 2021 10:27 pm An epic report, Mark, of what looked to be a really enjoyable, close-run battle. Excellent stuff. Yes, I am jealous!

I'm with Donald- chance plays a big part in war and without it wargaming would just be a confusingly large game of chess. Have the Beneckendorff grenadiers been awarded special privileges for their valour?

It appears that Los Rios have a habit of beating up the Württemburg Dragoons. Mine have met on the table twice- face to face and once face to (Los Rios') flank- and Los Rios was able to smack the dragoons twice. For some reason I forgot to take a photo of the Dragoons routing back from the below engagement....

Stay well.

Dal.
Bloody brilliant!

He did, too. April 2015, it was. He didn't even give me any ideas where I could by figures, terrain, etc. BangorStu did tell me how best to drive to Caernarfon (A55 all the way) and a couple of nice places to visit, which even She Is Obeyed enjoyed.

I did that, mate. Timeline and the Perry Brothers had parcels waiting for me when we got to Whinward Morfa. Michelle was not amused.

But I thought there'd be something, perhaps in Chester, on the way to Cosford or somewhere else outside the Land of the B Roads.
