In fairness, that's only three feet off the ground for Purple.

It's fantastic. It was the book that taught me that I would never make a living out of painting.

The Vignette of the Corsican's Marshallate was spectacular.

Yes, that was a bit special.

It was published in 1964 - the painting was spectacularly good for that far back, nothing in it would look out of place now.
