An ex-girlfriend was made an offer when she went to Egypt on holiday,. Apparently she was worth 5,000 camels, which she was led to believe was a considerable fortune. .

5,000 camels are a middling fortune, blonde buxom and young can reach 20,000 camels or 5 arab stallions.

It may have been more, it's a long time since I heard the story! Red headed, but otherwise she fitted the description. (Still does, allowing for age, last time I saw her at the shops.)

I've heard that. I knew a chap who ran a collectors toy soldier business and dealt with him a few times, although he had no issues with him he said he was known to be an unpleasant bloke, very keen on sueing people.
