Using the rules as written we are allowed one crewed weapon in a 24 point force, as we are playing 30 points are two allowable?

You're allowed twice the normal complement when facing Andy (or if his table-length march takes him through your deployment zone). And you get to re-roll misses.

I believe the guidelines are one maxim gun per zeppelin

I have no objection to two. They are not hugely effective under the Men Who Would rules.

Unless you want to field a Gatling at close range...just don't roll 1s!!! Haha

I have no objection to two. They are not hugely effective under the Men Who Would rules.

Field guns can be the only real sticking point, to two in 30 pts, due to their substantially longer range.

True..ish, though I'm always very suspicious of "recommended" unit sizes. Someone always tries to claim it's just a recommendation not mandatory as they turn up with one field gun and thirty two crew

I've got four guns & three maxims. Can I use them all?
