WSS are new and do look very nice.

They’re not Les Higgins 20mm though...

Yes, they have a certain appeal don't they. Prefer the plex glass to the paper ones. I wonder if you glossed them, maybe they'd look a bit like a stained glass window. I'm not sure why I just thought that, but I did.

Before these and the Helion/Peter Dennis paper soldiers there was an outfit called Billy Bones Workshop which put out paper ECW troops in the style of contemporary battle prints. I can’t remember what scale but they were small I think. They had a very distinctive look and were demo’d at shows IIRC. I never actually printed them off but I think I still have the pdfs somewhere in the recesses of my PC.
