Keep Wargaming OOP WRG stuff

Post by goat major »

Apparently Paul Bailey is selling off his last stock of WRG books, it seems I’ve just snaffled the final copies of armies of the Middle Ages and the CS grant scenarios but there may be some other nostalgia items here that interest people

Good snaffle Simon, I would definitely have gone for the scenario books by young Mr Grant.
Rules? You ask me what rules do I use. No, I don't do rules.

What's the difference betwixt the two scenario books?

The Keep was where I bought my first figures back in the 80’s when I started wargaming. Very sad. End of an era

If they're the two I'm thinking of, the first was a set of 52 straight-up tabletop scenarios, the second was a book of pre-programmed scenarios that allowed you to play solo by giving options for alternative moves. I have both and would recommend them unreservedly.

all sold out though. I know Charles released an updated version of the programmed one, but it's considerably more expensive :)
