I believe these are a derivation of the Napoleonic SHAKO rules.
Does anyone know if they are posted anywhere o the internet? I'm interested in reading them.

(Though it's entirely possible that someone else would have come up with the same title, as it doesn't take a genius)

Oh, they're yours!
As for other rules of the same name: it appears, reading between the lines, there's an archaic AWI set that hold nostalgic regard for some though no-one plays them.
.....umm.....any chance of seeing some material from *your* Tricorne? I've read SHAKO before, with an eye on them for Naps. I've skimmed through them with the thought of an SYW application & I think they may do.

Re: Tricorne SYW rules
You could have an entire family of rulesets:
Pickelhaube
Silly floppy hat and round helmet
Battlebowler
Slouch hat
Stahlhelm
Fritz
Kepi
Towel
The possibilities are endless.
