Would there be interest in a shiny game in August in York? It would be in a Church Hall in the South side of the city. Close to main roads & good parking. It would be a Sunday.
I've been thinking of combining it with a toy soldier swap/meet & social. There are a few local collectors and vintage wargaming players locally and nothing in the area for toy soldier collectors.
No dates yet and purely an idea so far.
Shiny game August?
Re: Shiny game August?
Sounds like a splendid idea, Tim, but as that's the Summer school holiday I'm likely to be told "no" by Mrs EB.

The time actually doesnt matter. Open to suggestions but thought of it being between Ayton and Fram. Purely an idea so far. i need to scout interest elsewhere too.

He just likes wearing the uniform. The court order precludes him being AT school...

I think he attends on Dremelentary School
Re: Shiny game August?
Especially as the school he kept attending was "St Agnes Convent school for girls".Count Belisarius wrote: ↑Thu Mar 17, 2022 12:47 pm He just likes wearing the uniform. The court order precludes him being AT school...

That went off the rails very quickly.
Rules? You ask me what rules do I use. No, I don't do rules.
